The StoryBrand Framework for Creating a Memorable Story

What’s important to remember is that even though it’s “your” story, it’s ultimately all about your target customer. Using storytelling principles, Don will explain how to create a marketing narrative that puts your customer in the shoes of the “hero.”

Don will share his StoryBrand 7-Part Framework, which consists of:

  • The main character - your client - who wants or needs something
  • The problem he/she faces
  • The guide - you - who is there to help the character
  • The plan created by the guide
  • The call to action, where the guide calls the character to action
  • Success - the call to action results in success or the 7th part (failure)
  • Failure - the call to action results in failure

In this framework, the "main character" of one's branding and marketing is the customer, not the brand. The brand plays the role of the guide — leading the "main character" to success.

Clarify Your Message So Customers Will Listen: How to Craft an Amazing Brand Story

Because we are hard-wired to seek out clarity, your customers are also looking for messaging that speaks to them clearly.

Are you a leader, marketer, salesperson, or manager who struggles to explain what you do? You’re probably incredibly talented, passionate, work very hard, and have deeply good intentions. But you may still have trouble showing people who you are because you simply don’t know how to communicate it.

Donald Miller is the CEO of Business Made Simple. His keynote at the Real Estate Masters Summit will equip you with strategies, tools, and techniques that will help you grow your business. This is your chance to learn from the host of the Business Made Simple podcast and the author of several industry-changing books, including the bestseller Building a StoryBrand.

More importantly, Don will help you create magic within your marketing narratives, as he has done for some of the biggest brands in the world, and even for the White House.

He will help you develop a powerful story that explains your brand.

If your message is confusing and unclear, you’ll only make your customers uncomfortable and turn them away. Through this presentation, you’ll find out how to clarify your message and how a few words here could make or break your business.

Not only will your story help you in marketing to your customers, but it will also help you create meaningful networking connections, be it at real estate conventions with your peers or in an elevator with a stranger.

Simple stories are the ones that are remembered. Don’s work heavily extracts from the principles of storytelling and is sure to help you think of yourself as well as your business in ways you’ve never thought of before.

Don has helped brands like Pantene, Chick-fil-A, Intel, Prime Lending, Zaxby's, and thousands more. He will help YOU apply those same principles, get a marketing makeover, and finally attract and deeply connect with your ideal clients!
